Massive savings are now available on the ZX-10R sports bike, priced at $16,499 ride away

The green team has just announced a new deal for Australian motorcyclists, with all 2009 and 2010 Kawasaki ZX-10R models being offered at just $16,499 ride away. That means no dealer delivery, on-road or statutory charges lumped on top.

Could this be a sign that Kawasaki is almost ready to deploy its new weapon of mass acceleration, the 2011 model Ninja ZX-10R?

The new cut-price promotion for all '09 and '10 Ninja ZX-10Rs runs until October 31, which makes for curious timing.

Consider that the most important bike show in the world, EICMA, begins just a few days later on November 2 in Italy, where the new 2011 Ninja ZX-10R is expected to make its public debut. Food for thought.

Kawasaki is also doing deals on its KLX250 dirt and street models. Buy a KLX250S or KLX250SF supermoto model, both of which are LAMS-approved across Australia, and you'll get $500 cash back.

Visit Kawasaki.com.au for other deals and more information on the Ninja ZX-10R ride-away and KLX250S/F cash back deals.
