Triumph's third variant on the mighty 2.3 litre Rocket III, the Touring, is on sale mid-February for $25,990 plus ORC.
The machine has undergone numerous changes, including different tyres sizes for more nimble handling, altered suspension, plus of course the addition of touring gear such as screenand detachable 39 litre panniers.
It has lost some of the original's 143 horses, but still claims 21.3kg-m of torque at a lazy 2000rpm.
The stats suggest it will be a better handling package.
