New GSX-R750 lands (May 2008)

The 2008 version of Suzuki's iconic GSX-R750, which these days has the 750 supersport class to itself (though Ducati's 848 might be considered a competitor), has been landed locally, priced at $16490 plus ORC.

The company's brag sheet suggests a number of upgrades, including engine and suspension, while the model picks up the three-way ECU mapping found on the GSX-R1000.

There are numerous subtle changes elsewhere on the bike, such as a half-litre lift in fuel capacity.
