Piaggio network grows

Three new dealers for Italian scooter brand
Piaggio's Australian dealer network, which also retails Vespa and Gilera scooters, has recently expanded to include three new outlets -- two in Sydney and one in Brisbane.

In Sydney, the well-known Scooteria has opened a second branch called Scooteria North at 402 Military Rd, Cremorne. The contact numbers are 13004VESPA or (02) 9953 8500. It's located very close to the Orpheum Picture Palace. Visit www.scooteria.com.au for more information.

The second Sydney outlet is The Scooter Store at 300 Kingsway, Caringbah. The store can contacted on (02) 9526 8083 or at www.thescooterstore.com.au.

Meanwhile, Brisbane's Scooters Scooters has joined the fray, and is located at 12 Commercial Road, in the inner suburb of Newstead. Telephone (07) 3856 3911, or visit www.scootersscooters.com.au.

Piaggio Australia's Simon Gloyne said of the additions: "This nicely rounds out a really well-qualified network of dealers which know their scooters. They're enthusiasts -- which is one of the reasons why we chose them."
